Conflict At Sea

Version 1.01.002 copyright © 1999, DuckDog Media.

All Rights Reserved.

Conflict At Sea is a game similar to the game Battleship (we believe it to be a bit more interesting) where your goal is to destroy your enemy's naval fleet before they destroy yours.

Copyright Notice

This program is Shareware. It is a fully functioning version, and you are free to use it as long as you like. However, if you want to receive all of the registration benefits you must register your copy using our online order form at http://www.duckdogmedia.com/order.shtml or by sending $5 (check or money order) to DuckDog Media Inc., 3256 Poplar, Warren MI 48091. When registering, please send us your name, home address and/or email address. We would also appreciate any comments on how we can improve the game, or any problems you may be having with the game. In fact, if you do not want to register this version yet, you may send us some comments and we will send you (via email ) our next version of the program (after that you'll need to register the game with us in order to receive any more updates.) We have included a registration document, or you can just write the information out by hand.

System Requirements:

Running the game:

To play, run the executable ConAtSea.exe (double click ConAtSea.exe icon.) For instructions on how to play, read the file "instruct.txt" or select the "instructions" button in the game.

What you get for registering:

1. Free upgrades via email (we will email it to you, if you request it and your email server will allow it… Or we will mail it to you, if you pay for the shipping and handling.)

2. Information on new/upcoming products.

3. Potential specials… (I'm sure we'll think of something…)

4. And most importantly… The satisfaction of supporting our work. If enough people support our work, we will be able to spend more of our time developing new and better games (and improving old games.)

So if you like this game, and think we have potential (We at DuckDog Media honestly believe we do, and have some great plans…) then $5 shouldn't be too much for you to spend. (If it is, then enjoy this game for free with our blessings… hopefully one of our next games will convince you.) Note: If you do not want any of the registration benefits, just let us know when you register and we will not bother you with any unwanted mail. (You'll have to handle the satisfaction one on your own. ;)
