Jonny: Hi, Grace! I'm fine. Grace, this is my cousin, Carlo. He lives in Milan, in Italy, and he's a pilot!

Grace: Hi, Carlo. Nice to meet you. So, you're Italian? You're an Italian pilot?

Carlo: Hi, Grace. Yeah, I'm a pilot, but I'm not Italian. I live in Milan but I'm from Argentina.

Grace: Cool! So are you on holiday at the moment?

Carlo: Yes, that's right. This is my friend, Mario. He is Italian. He's from Rome.

Grace: Hi, Mario. Are you on holiday here, too?

Mario: No, I live here in London at the moment. I'm a taxi driver and I'm studying English in the evenings.

Grace: Do you like London?

Mario and Carlo: Yes, we love it!

Shop Assistant: There's a 20% discount on sunglasses this week.

Girl: Great! How much are these brown sunglasses?

Shop Assistant: They're £20 and with the discount … they're £16 at the moment.

Girl: OK. I'll take them. Now, have you got any towels?

Shop Assistant: I'm sorry, we haven't.

Girl: OK. How much is that please?
