Meetings:

The IQ crew meets every Monday and Thursday afternoon at 1pm. Meetings last about 4 hours. We also communicate by e-mail, facebook and cell phone.

Assigning work:

We decided to work in this group. We were inspired by “Geese teamwork” video. In our team everybody can be a leader and everybody is responsible for some part of project. Because we don’t know what problems we will have to solve, we decided to do not divide work among team members . Final decision about dividing responsibilities lays in leader hands.

Problem resolution:

We are an open-minded group and we try to discuss every issue. If we have any problem, we try to solve it by a democratic vote. If the vote doesn’t solve the problem, then the leader have the final word.

Commitment:

Each member of our team is obliged to give his best and always put quality on the first place. Moreover, we have to attend to every meeting and take an active part in the discussion.
