Breakdown	Problems with goods/services

The are many kinds of breakdown I can think of when it comes to goods or services.

As far as services are concerned, we can experience the situation when our supplier lets us down. For instance ,we will not receive the delivery on time . It could be a serious problem if for example we run a store. This situation can lead to the customers dissatisfaction and as a result of this, we could lose potential clients.

Another example of problems with services is when the server is down. Because of this , we can’t do any work on the computer. The cause of this problem could be a bug which needs to be fixed.

What’s more, the problem with service can be caused by misunderstanding. For instance when we do shopping, the shop-assistance can give us a shirt size 38 instead of 40.

Furthermore, we can come across the breakdown in services when we use a lift because it is out of order.

As far as goods are concerned, they also can break down. The machine won’t do anything because the red light is on. Moreover we can’t open the file on the computer because the format of it is incompatible with the software we use.

In the end, the product can be faulty for instance the space bar does not work in the keyboard, so we need to exchange the instrument for a good one.

These are only a few examples when we think about problems with goods or services.
