Job as a manager is very difficult, we have to motivate our staff for efficient work and assure them good working conditions. Every decision we make will affect the team and in consequence also will affect their work results.
What should I do if I think someone is overworking and getting burnt out?
Very few people is realize that they have problems in life or in work. The best idea is to observe your employees and to execute psychological tests about what they think about working hours, relationships between workers, and about job what have they to do. I will help to elaborate great working conditions.
How can I motivate staff who complain that they are underpaid?
I think most employees is complain about they earnings. They think they are the best in what they do. In my opinion the most effective motivators are valuables training courses, because they do not have to pay for that, and they are getting more attractive for other employers, and you gain qualified employee.
What should I do if a member of staff arrives at work late every day?
First find out the reason, talk with him. Next incline him to solve the problem. If it doesn’t bring results, you should give him overtime in work, or pay him less.
