Abstract:  Los conceptos de Capital Social y de Inteligencia Competitiva han sido objeto de estudio como recurso de las organizaciones para crear valor a partir de los procesos de captación, análisis, creación y transmisión de información y conocimiento. El objetivo del artículo es facilitar a los profesionales de la información un conjunto de pautas que permiten analizar y optimizar las redes de relaciones que la organización mantiene con el exterior, y los recursos derivados de dichas relaciones, y aplicarlas al proceso de inteligencia. En primer lugar se presenta una aproximación a los conceptos de inteligencia competitiva y capital social. En segundo y último lugar, se establece un marco de referencia para aplicar el capital social en el proceso de inteligencia que permite: inventariar el capital social de la organización, comprender los aspectos que pueden ser tenidos en cuenta en las distintas fases del proceso de IC, y ponderar la utilidad del conocimiento e información derivados de dicho capital.
Other Abstracts:  The concepts of Social Capital and Competitive Intelligence have been studied as a resource in the organizations to create value through the processes of capture, analysis, creation and transfer of information and knowledge. The purpose of this paper is to provide some guidelines that simplify the analysis and the optimisation of the organization external social network, and the resources derived from this relationship in order to apply them to the competitive intelligence process. Firstly, the competitive Intelligence and Social Capital concepts are introduced. Finally, a reference framework is described in order to audit the social capital of the organization, to understand which issues of this capital could be taken into account in the CI phases, and to estimate the utility of the knowledge and information derived from the above mentioned capital.

Title:  Los hábitos de citación de los investigadores que publicaron para el Instituto Nacional de la Administración Pública

Abstract:  Paper which has as objective to analyse the citations done through out the investigations sponsored by the Instituto Nacional de la Administración Pública, in order to inquire about the gendre to what belong the authors, which is their fractionary productiviy and hence the coauthorship index, the mean life of the material mentioned, the languages in which the works were written, the kind of publication quoted, the key words of the titles as a mean of having evidences about the themes treated and its paradigms. Besides it is desired to averiguate who are the authores citated, who are the most productives, the place they belong to or come from and which kind of relationship have with the Institute. Furthermore and based on bibliographic couplins and cocitations, we try to establish thematic. Lasty it is intented to show a panorama about the instiutional investigation activity, from the perspective of non integrant of the investigators group.
Other Abstracts:  Trabajo que tiene por objetivo analizar las citaciones hechas en las investigaciones patrocinadas por el Instituto Nacional de la Administración Pública (INAP) de modo de indagar cual es el género pertenecen los autores, cual es la productividad fraccionaria de los mismos y consecuentemente el índice de coautoría, la vida media del material mencionado, los idiomas en que estuvieran escritos, el tipo de soporte, las palabras clave de los títulos de modo de tener indicios sobre los temas a investigar y sus paradigmas. Por otra parte desea averiguar quienes son los autores citados, cuales de ellos son los más productivos y su índice de coautoría, de que lugar provienen, que relaciones tienen con el INAP. Además, y sobre la base de apareos bibliográficos, trata de establecer grupos de obras vinculados a partir de citaciones en común y asi intentar establecer grupos temáticos comunes de trabajo. Por último, presentar un panorama de la actividad de investigación institucional, desde la perspectiva de un no integrante del plantel de investigadores.
