Nowadays, for many women career is a very important thing. Most of them want to be independent of their husbands and develop themselves. We should consider if this situation is good for their families, especially for children.

Person, who had good relationship with parents in childhood is likely to have better contact with them in future and will appreciate value of family.

In my opinion, woman cannot be good employees and good mothers simultaneously.
