A customer is someone who buys a standard product or service.
On the one hand we have an external customers. They buy goods and services from the company . They are not a part of the company. For instance we can talk about external customers when they buy food from the store in which they do not work. On the other hand , there are internal customers, who are connected with the company which provides them with goods or services. For example the company can provide its employees with the internet service .
As far as the customers satisfaction is concerned, customers always expect from a company to provide them with top-quality goods and services. They are satisfied if their expectations are met.
Moreover, if the customer receives efficient and helpful service and feels that the company really care about them, this will result in a happy customer who is more likely to buy the company’s products and services again.
