Pomiar momentów sił wybranych grup mięśniowych w statyce.
1. Cel ćwiczenia : zapoznanie z pomiarem momentów sił mięśniowych oraz określenie topografii tych momentów w układzie mięśniowym człowieka.
2. Algorytm postępowania :
obliczono różnice procentowe pomiędzy maksymalnymi momentami sił (Mmax) grup mięśniowych kobiet i mężczyzn;
następnie wyliczono proporcje prostowników do zginaczy w poszczególnych stawach (PR/ZG);
wykonano wykresy słupkowe dla Mmax zarówno dla kobiet jak i dla mężczyzn w malejącej kolejności;
w kolejnym etapie obliczono udziały procentowe momentów względnych (MW) dla poszczególnych części ciała w SMW (suma momentów względnych) ;
wykonano wykresy słupkowe na podstawie wyników z punktu d;
