Oval Doiły

Make six smali rosettes (page 13), joining them together as in diagram. The smali chain of one rosette is joined to the large chain of the next.

When all six rosettes are in place, work an oval in the center. Join the bali thread to any of the four picots in the center of the doiły, chain

Tie ends to the first picot and work in.

This center chain oval may be omitted, how-ever, it adds a nice finish to the piece.
