Snowlady

MATERIALS: White, Green and Sweet Potato Sculpey clay • Brown craft wire • Black sccd beads • Blush* Snowflake rub-on • Round toothpicks Nose • Roli a Va" bali of Sweet Potato into a 3-fc" long teardrop. Bakę. Set asldc.

Base of Body - Press a 1" bal) ofWhite on baking tray until W thlck.

Swealer- Roi) 1 Vi bali of Green into 2" long teardrop. Cut 4$" off of each end. Add to base with smali end up. Hat ten Green to Vfc" thick. Cut ^]A" strip and wrap around base of sweater. Use tootbpick to add llnes. Arms - Roli a 1" bali of Green into a 2 long worm. Cut in half.

Hands - Roi) a W bali ot White into oval. Cut in half and add to ends of arms. Wrap ^lA" strip of Green around ends of arms where sweater and hands mect. Add llnes with end of tootbpick. Press on sides of body with pointed ends at neck.

Collar - Flatten a ^l/2 bali of Green to W thick. Use back of knife to add lines around edgcs. Press on top of body. Press half of a fiat toothpick in top of body lcaving half exposed.

Head • Roli a W bali of White and press round end of nose in front of face. Add secd bead eyes, blush cheeks and add smile. Press on exposed toothpick at top of body Cut Icngths of Brown wire. Press W in top of bead. Bakc. Lct cool. Rub snowflake on tlie front of thc sweater.

Snowman

1. Shape base of body and sweater. Insert toothpick.

2. Make details in clay for sweater collar with knife.

MATERIALS: White, Green, Navy and Sweet Potato Sculpey clay • Black sccd beads • Blush • Snowflake rub-on • Round toothpicks

Follow instructlons for snowlady repladng Green with Navy. Follow head instructions omitting wire hair. Cut 'A" from top of head.

Hat - Cut a W bali of Green in half. Press fiat side of one half onto top of fiat spot on head. Use back of knife to add the lines to hat. Flatten Green. Cut A wide strip. Wrap around the head. covcrlng base of hat. Use end of round toothpick to add the lines to hat. Add a \A' bali uf Green to top of hat. Press eye pin into top of hat until only eye is exposed. Bakę. Let cool. Rub snowflake onto front of sweater.

3. Cut strip of fiat clay and wrap around arms for sweater euffs.

4. Roli head and cut smali pieces of wire for hair.
