Any size smooth. round or oval rock will work, but tiny rocks may be harder to paint. Scrub it clean.

Sketch the design

Use a white pencil to draw thc bug. Make a linę for the head, and add three curved lines for stripes. You may use a regular pencil, but draw the lines lightly so they won't show through the paint.

Paint a basccoat

Use a big fiat brush to paint the top and sides of your rock with a light color of paint. You can leave the bottom unpainted. Let the paint dry.
