1. Trim the top edges of the bags using the Kidiors. Cut two 4-1/2* x 8-1/2’ rectangles from light blue paper. Punch a snowflake shapc from each of the rectangle comers. Glue a rectangle to the center front of each bag.
2. Cut two 3-1/2’ x 6-1/2* rectangles from purple paper using the Kidzors. Glue a purple rectangle to the center of each light blue rectangle.
3. To make snowflakes, draw four 2-1/8" circles on vellum paper and cut out with scissors. Fold the circles in half, then in half again, and once morę. Cut out smali shapes from the edges of the folded circles. Cut each circle differently, because each snowflake should be unique! Unfold the snowflakes. Glue two snowflakes to each bag front, around the animal heads, after you have completed the instructions on the next page.
