Finał contract

When negotiations are closing to the end and everything is clarified. it is the time for conclusion. Finał contract should always be prepared in a written form -it is wise due to many factors but the most important is the fact that there is no possibility to change the contract after finishing the negotiations. Orał decisions may be a cause for further discussion:" ...but we talked about different solution...."

The best way to avoid such a situation is formulating mutual expectations and decisions.
