Active listening is showing respect and acceptance, sincerity and warmth to the interlocutor. łt is refraining from judging and advising, moralising and prcjudice. Such a hearing helps the speaker to realise what is the core of the mat ter and increases their trust to the partner, creates a good relationship for the futurę. Good listening is not only careful listening, hut is also connected with a thoughtful response, comparing what the speaker said and what the listener heard.
