How to make a good first impression ?

One of the most important factors of the argumentation.

Our impression is influenced by our: appearance, voice, face expression, eyes expression, way of moving.

During the first contact:

•    Smile

•    Look at your interlocutor (approx. 60% of time)

•    Shake hands decidedly

•    Use daring, confident voice

•    Be positive andcalm
