The Short Forms
The short forms consist of a single word. The subject pronouns of the persons who own the object, idea, relationship, etc., appear in the list below, for reference.
Short forms

(nosotros/nosotras) nuestro/nuestra, nuestros/nuestras (vosotros/vosotras) vuestro/vuestra, vuestros/vuestras (ellos/ellas, Uds.) su, sus

your (familiar, pl. [Spain]) their (m. and f.), your (formal, pl.)

teachers
Remember that:
• the short forms of the possessive adjectives are placed before the nouns they modify.
• the singular short forms and the third-person plural do not have feminine and masculine forms.
• the masculine forms (vuestro[s] and nuestro [s]) end in -o, -os; the feminine forms (vues-tra[s] and nuestra[s]) end in -a, -as.
• the forms su and sus may mean his, her, your (formal), its, or their. The context will help you
determine the person the pronoun refers to:
Felipe trae a su perro al parque y Ana trae a su gata.
Alina y sus hijas bajan del autobus.
