Large Rosette

Begin with center ring like IB (page 6) madę with large picots.

Ring (2 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 = 2) Close ring, work in ends.

Row of rings and chains There are 12 rings.

Ring (3 + 3 = 3 + 3) First picot is joined to previous ring (except on First ring); middle picot is joined to the center.

Turn

Chain (4 + 4)

Turn

Ring (3 = 3 - 3 + 3) Join to previous ring; do not join to center.

Repeat rings and chains around, joining each ring to previous ring. Join last ring to First ring madę.

Outside row of rings and chains (Sweet & sour rings)

Smali ring (3 - 3 = 3 + 3) Join to chain picot of previous row.

Turn

Smali chain (4-4-4)

Turn

Large ring (6 = 6 = 6-6) Join to previous ring and to next chain of last row.

Turn

Large chain (4 - 4 - 4 - 4)

Repeat around, joining all rings to the previ-ous row of chains, and each pair of large and smali rings together. There are six pairs of rings.
