Der Sturmpanzer Brummbar entstand im Jahre 1942. Er war vor allem zur Vernichtung der Widerstandspunkle des Gegners im bebauten Gelande beslimmt. Zum Bau gebrauchte man das fertige und bewahrte Fahrwerk von Panzer IV. Der KampfdebOI fand wahrend der Operation "Zitadelle". im Sommer 1943 statt. Insgesamt wurden ca. 320 Fahrzeuge von diesem Typ gebaut.

Sie waren in der Ukrainę im Einsalz, wo sie groRe Verluste eriitten haben. und in Italien. Einige Brummbar nahmen an den Kampfen im August und September 1944 gegen die Warschauer Aufstandischen leil.

BAUBESCHREIBUNG:

HINWEIS:    dem Modeli ist eine Einlage mit Modellteilen

beigefugt. die mit Zimmerit beschichtet sind. Im Falle der Entscheidung. diese Elemente zu gebrauchen sind die Standardelemente zu ersetzen Die Nummerierung dieser Teile entspricht der Nummerierung im Modeli.

Den Bau des Modells beginnen wir mit der Montage der Fahrzeugwanne aus Teil 1. 1L, 1P. Dann kleben wir die Versteifungen Teil W1, W2. W3, W4, W5, W6 hinein. Dann kleben wir der Reihe nach Teil 1a. 1b, und anschlieRend Teil 1c, 1d dickeren Teil T3. Wir erganzen die Wannę, Teil: 1e. 1f, 1g, 1h. 2, 2a, 2b, 3, 4, 5. 6. 7, 8, 9, 10. 11. 12. 13 gemaR den Montagezeichnungen. Das Innere der Wannę fuhren wir aus Teil: 14. 15P. 15L aus, und kleben in das fruher gemachte Element hinein. Spant Teil: 16, 16a kleben wir an der markierten Stelle hinein. Teil 17 formen wir, kleben Teil 17a hinein, und befestigen das Ganze im Rumpf. Elemente: 18. 18a, 19. 19a bringen wir nach dem Zusammenkleben an die Borde und an den FuRboden an den markierten Stellen an. Teile: 20. 20a, 20b kleben wir an den FuRboden Teil 17. Die Kotflugel machen wir aus Teil: 21P. 21L, und kleben darauf Teil: 21 aP, 21 aL. Fertige Kotflugel kleben wir an den Rumpf. Aus Teil: 22P, 22L machen wir die Panzerplatten, uberkleben die Rander mit Streifen 22a, 22b und kleben das Ganze an die Seitenflachen der Wannę gemaR der Zeichnung. Teile 23P. 23L kleben wir von der Innenseite der Kotflugel. Aus Teil: 24, 25 machen wir die Panzerplatten und kleben an das Modeli gemaR der Zeichnung. Elemente 26P, 26L kleben wir an Kotflugel an der markierten Stelle. Die sonstigen Elemente-Teil27.28klebenwirgemaRder Zeichnung.    Aus

Teil 29 kleben wir den oberen Teil des Rumpfes und befestigen Teile: W7, W8. W9, W10, W11.W12. Dann kleben wir die innere Bespannung - Teil: 96,97P, 97L. 98P, 98L, 99,100 Jetzt kónnen wir erneut die folgenden Teile ausfuhren: 29a, 29b, 29c. 29d. Weitere Teile sind: 30,31,31P, 31L, 31a, 31 b. 31c-wir kleben sie an den markierten Stellen Elemente 32 und 37 kónnen wir ais zusatzliche Elemente ausfuhren. Den Aufbau erganzen wir mit Teil: 33, 34, 35a. Aus den Teilen: 36. 36L, 36P machen wir den hinteren Teil des Aufbaus und kleben ihn an Teil 29. Teile: 37.37a, 37bklebenwirzusammen. bringen Teil38aund39an.    Aus

den Teilen: 40. 40a, 40b. 40c, 40d, 40e. 40f kleben wir die Aufhangung der hinteren Rader. Satze - Teil: 41.42,43,44,45,46 fuhren wir gemaR der Zeichnung aus, und kleben an den markierten Stellen. Aus Teil 47 machen wir den Dampfer und hangen ihn an Teil 42. Haken - Teil 48 kleben wir an die Seitenflachen 1L, 1P. Kiste Teil 49 kleben wir zusammen und bringen gemaR der Zeichnung an. Die Jalousien kleben wir aus Teil: 50a, b, c und bringen an Teil 29 und Spant 38 an. Die Motorklappen machen wir aus Teil: 51,51 a. 51 b, 51 c und Teil 52a, b. Teil 53 kleben wir an Teil 51. Teil 54 kleben wir aus Teil 121 und bringen an die Wannę des Rumpfes an. Dann montieren wir die Einstiegslócher-Teil: 54a, 121 b. 54b, 121c, 121d, 121e, 121f. Teil 53 kónnen wir an Spant 16 anbringen. Den Unterteil des Schaltgetriebes machen wir aus Teil 56. Aus Teil 57 machen wir den Sitz und kleben ihn wir gemaR der Zeichnung. Den Fahrersessel kleben wir aus Teil 58 und den fertigen Sessel kleben wir an Teil 59, und das Ganze gemaR der Zeichnung an Teil 18a. Die Abdeckungen der Kupplung machen wir aus Teil 60L, 60P und kleben an die Seitenflachen des Rumpfes. Aus den Elementen: 61,62.63 kleben wir das Schaltgetriebe, bringen gemaR der Zeichnung Teile: 64, 65, 66, 67 daran. Dann machen wir aus den Teilen: 68,68a, 68b, 68c die Kupplungen und kleben sie an den markierten Stellen.

Die Wellen machen wir aus Teilen: 69, 70,70a, 70b und kleben an das Schaltgetriebe und Kupplungen. Teil 71 kleben wir an Teil 63c. Den Motor machen wir aus Teil: 72, 72a. 72b, 72c, 72d. 72e. Dann kleben wir Teile: 73,74.75.76,77,78.79,80,81,82,83,84, 85.86,87 gemaRden Montagezeichnungen.

Den Ventilator kleben wir aus Teilen: 88, 88a, 88b. 88c, 88d, 88e, 88f, 88g. 88h. 88k. Das Ganze kleben wir an Teil 52b.

erganzen wir den Motorraum, Teile: 90, 91, 92, 93, 94. 95. Dann kónnen wir erneut das Innere des Kampfraumes ausstatten. Wir kleben Teile: 101. 102. 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109. Die Munitionsparks kleben wir aus Teil: 110P, 110L. 110a und kleben fertige Elemente an Teil 21b. Teil 111 kleben wir nach dem Zusammenbau an Teil 100. Teil 112 kleben wir an Teil 116. Aus Teil113 kleben wir Schachteln und bringen an der markierten Stelle an. Ahnlich gehen wir mit Teil 114. 115 vor. Die Elemente

Die Patronen kleben wir aus Teilen: 120,120a. 120b, 120c, 120d. 120e. Die Hulsen befestigen wiran Teil 110, und die Kópfean Teil 119 und die Kisten - Teil 116 gemaR der Zeichnung. Aus Teil 122 machen wir den Unterteil der Kanone, bringen Teil 122a, 122ban, und das Ganze kleben wir an den Rumpf an der markierten Stelle. Element 123 formen wir, kleben und befestigen darin Spant 123a. Teil 124, 124a kleben wir an Teil 99. GemaR den Zeichnungen fuhren wir den Unterteil der Kanone aus-Teil: 126,127,128,129. Das Kanonenschloss bauen wir aus den Teilen: 130,130a, 130b, 130c. 130d, 130e, 130f, 130g. 130h. Wir kleben Teile: 130k, 130m, 130n, und dann den aus Teil 131 gebauten Lauf. Fertiges Element setzen wir in Teil 126. Aus Teil: 132. 132a, 132b bauen wir den Sessel und kleben ihn an Teil 130r.

Den Feuerlóscher kleben wir aus Teilen: 133. 133a, 133b, 134.

Die Helme machen wir aus Elementen: 146,146a, 146b, 146c und am Fahrzeug oder im Fahrzeuginneren nach eigenen Ideen. Die Verstarkungen des Schaltgetriebes machen wir aus Teil 147. Die Spannrader kleben wir aus Teil T1, T2 indem wir sie mit Teil 148 uberkleben. Dann bauen wir die Achse aus Teil: 148a, 148b und verbinden die Rader - Teil 148c Fertige Elemente setzen wir anTeil149,unddasGanzeklebenwiranTeil40F.    D i e

Antriebsrader bauen wir aus Teilen: 150,150a, 150b, 150c, 150d. Wir setzen sie an Teil 152d. Ferlige Rader kleben wir an Teil 152 uber die Buchsen - Teil: 152a, 152b, 152c, 152e, 152f, 152g, 153a1. den ganzen Satz kleben wir an die Wannę an der markierten Stelle und kleben die Elemente 153,153a daran. Aus den Teilen: 151, 151a, 151b, 151c bauen wir die Halterader und setzen sie an Buchsen - Teil 151d, 151g unter Anwendung der Spanten 151e. Fertige Rader kleben wir na die Borde uber Teil 3. Den Satz des Tragwagens machen wir aus Teilen: 154, 155, 155a, 155b. 155c. 155d. Fertige Elemente setzen wiran Teil 156 und kleben Teil 156c, 156c1. Dann kleben wir die Tragfedern aus Teil 159 hinein, und erganzen den Wagen - Teil 156a, 156b. Die Wagen kleben wir an Teil 1L, 1P. Die Tragrader kleben wir aus Teil 158, 158a. Dann kleben wir Verstarkungen - Teil 157x und uberkleben das Rad - Teil 157a. 158b. In das Innere des Rades kleben wir die Naben hinein - Teil 157b, 157 und erganzen Teil 157c. Fertige Rader verbinden wir uber Teil 158c, 158d und Spanten 154. Teil 157d formen wir und kleben von vorne des Rades gemaR der Zeichnung. Die fertigen Rader kleben wir an die Wagen gemaR der Zeichnung.

Panzerabschirmungen kleben wir aus Teil 160P, 160L. Wir schneiden durch. und kleben mit Uberlappung 1,5 mm. Die Aufhangung der Abschirmungen kleben wir aus Teil: 161, 161a, 161b, 161 c, 161 d und befestigen an das Fahrzeug und Kotflugel gemaR den Montagezeichnungen und derGeneralzeichnung.

Die Raupen kónnen wir in zwei Varianten ausfuhren, ais Streifen oder aus pinzelnen Gliedern. Die Streifen machen wir aus Teilen: 162, 162a, 162b, 162c. 162d, 162e. 162f, 162g. Nach Zusammenkleben dieser Teile bringen wiran die Streifen Teil 164, 165. Elemente: 162d, 162e. 162f. 162g sind Ersatzglieder. diean der vorderen Panzerung oder an den vorderen Haken des Fahrzeugs montiert werden. Zur Ausfuhrung der Kettenglieder nutzen wir Teil 163 aus, und genauso wie davor Teil 164.165. Man kann auch mit Laser ausgeschnittene Raupe verwenden, die im Versandhandel unserer Firma erhaltlich ist. Teile: 166, 167, 168, 169 - die Innenflachen der Einstiegslócher kónnen wir gebrauchen. wenn sie in geóffneter Position ausgefuhrt werden. Die Scheinwerfer kleben wir aus Teilen: 170, 170a. 170b, 170c, 170d, 170e, 170f, 170g, 170h und bringen gemaR der Zeichnung an Kotflugel an. Teil 171 kleben wir und befestigen gemaR der Generalzeichnung. Die Lichter - Teil 172, 172a kleben wir von hinten an den Kotflugel. Den Klotz - Teil 173 bringen wir an den Kotflugel an. Den Eimer kleben wir aus Teil 174.174a. 174b. Den Heber fuhren wir gemaR der Zeichnung aus Teil 175 aus. Die sonstigen Elemente kleben wir gemaR den Montagezeichnungen und der Generalzeichnung.

Sturmpanzer Brummbar was produced in 1942 as a vehide aimed to destroy heavily built-up enemy fortifications and areas. It was built on the reliable chassis of Panzer IV. The war saw its debut during the "Citadel" operation in the summer of 1943. Totally, approx. 320tankswere produced.

They were also used in Italy and Ukrainę, where many of them were destroyed. A few Brummbars fought in August and September 1944 against the Warsaw Rising fighters.

WORK DESCRIPTION:

NOTĘ: The model kit includes an inserl with Zimmerit-covered tank parts. When using these parts, simply replace the corresponding ordinary parts. Enumeration of these parts is identical.

Starł construction from making the vehicle tub using parts 1. 1L. 1R. Now glue in parts W1. W2. W3, W4, W5. W6 to stiffen the whole structure and then add parts 1a, 1 b, and then 1c, 1d reinforced by part T3. Make the tub complete by adding parts 1 e. 1f. 1g, 1h, 2, 2a, 2b. 3. 4. 5,6, 7,8,9.10.11.12,13, as shown in theassemblydrawings. Use parts 14,15R, 15Ltomaketheinside of the tub. Glue frames 16 and 16a in the marked places. Form part 17, insert part 17a, and attach the whole piece in Ihe hull. Assemble parts18, 18a. 19, 19a,and glue them to Ihe sides and floor in the marked places. Glue parts 20,20a. 20b to the floor 17. From parts 21P. 21L make the mud guards and glue them to parts 21 aR, 21 aL. Now glue the ready mud guards to the hull. From parts 22R, 22L make the armour plates covering their edges with stripes 22a, 22b. and then glue the whole piece to the tub sides, as shown in the assembly drawing. Glue parts 23R, 23L to the inner side of the mud guards. From parts 24,25 make the armour plates and glue them referring to the assembly drawing, Glue part 26R, 26L in the marked places on the mud guards. Then glue the remaining parts 27,28 as shown in the drawing.

Using part 29 make the upper portion of the hull, stiffening it with parts W7, W8, W9, W10, W11, and W12. Next attach the inner Steel plating madę from parts 96, 97R, 97L, 98P, 98L. 99, 100. Now continue with parts 29a, 29b, 29c. 29d. Glue parts 30. 31, 31R, 31L, 31a. 31 b, 31c in the marked places. Parts 32 and 37 are optional.

Complete the superstructure with part 33,34,35a. From parts 36, 36L. 36R make the rear part of the hull and glue it to part 29. Glue together parts 37,37a, 37b, and attach parts 38a, 39.

Make the rear wheels suspension from parts 40, 40a. 40b, 40c.

40d, 40e, 40f. Referring to the drawing, assemble the units from parts 41,42, 43. 44. 45, 46 and glue them in the marked places. Make the muffler from part 47 and suspend it on part 42. Attach the hooks 48 to the sides 1L, 1R and then assemble the box 49 gluing it as shown in the drawing. Make the shutters from parts 50a, b. c, and glue it to part 29 and frame 38.

Assemble the engine hatches from parts 51,51 a, 51 b, 51c, and parts 52a, b. Glue part 53 to part 51. Glue parts 54 and 121 and fasten them to the hull tub, Now assemble the hatches from parts 54a, 121b, 54b, 121c, 121d, 121e, 121f. Part 53 can be glued to frame 16. Using part 56, make the base of the gear box. Part 57 will make the seat, which then has to be glued as shown in the drawing. Make the driyeris seat from part 58 and glue it to part 59. Then glue the whole portion to part 18a. as shown in the drawing. Now make the clutch shields from parts 60L, 60P, and glue them to the hull sides.

Make the gearbox from parts 61, 62, 63. and referring to the drawing add parts 64.65,66,67. To make the clutches, glue parts 68,68a, 68b, 68 together and attach them in the marked places. Now make the shafts from parts 69,70,70a, 70b, and attach them to the gearbox and clutches. Glue part 71 to part 63c. Make the engine body using parts 72, 72a, 72b, 72c, 72d, 72e. Next, referring to the drawings, attach parts 73-87.

From parts 88, 88a. 88b, 88c, 88d, 88e, 88f, 88g, 88h, 88k assemble the ventilator. Glue the whole unit to part 52b.

Assemble the coolers 89 as shown in the drawing.

Next equip the motor compartment with parts 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95. Nowfocuson the fighting compartment. Glue parts 101,102, 103, 104. 105, 106, 107. 108, 109. Make the ammunition stock from parts 110R, 110L, 110a. and glue them on part 21b. After assembling part 111, glue it to part 100. Glue part 112 to part 116. Form the boxes from part 113 and glue them to the marked places. Glue parts 114, 115 in a similar manner. Fold in half parts 117, and glue them to the sides. Insert part 118 to part 116. Cutout parts 119, glue part 119a, and then attach the whole unit to the sides (parts 98R.98L).

Assemble shells from parts 120, 120a, 120b, 120c, 120d, 120e. Attach empty shells to part 110. the Shell heads to 119, and boxes to 116, as shown in the drawing. Part 122 will make Ihe gun base, to which glue parts 122a, 122b. and attach the whole unit to the marked place. Form part 123 and glue it. Then insert frame 123a inside. Glue parts 124, 124a to part 99. Now make the gun base from parts 126, 127, 128, 129, as shown in the drawings. Assemble the gun breech błock from parts 130.130a, 130b, 130c, 130d, 130e. 130f. 130g, 130h. Add parts 130k. 130m. 130n, and then the barrel madę of part 131. Mount the assembled piece in part 126. Make the seat from parts 132,132a, 132b, and glue it to part130r.

From parts 133,133a, 133b, 134, 134a, 134b, 134c, 134d, 134e assemble the fire extinguisher. From part 135 make the gas mask containers. Refer to the drawing on how to locate the elements. Assemble the machinę gun from parts 136. 136a. 136b, 136c, 136d. 136e, 136f. 136g,asshownintheassemb!ydrawing.

Make tools and equipment from parts 137. 138, 139, 140. 141, 143, and place them in appropriate places.

Make the ammunition belt from part 144 and stick it to the machinę gun. Glue the strip 145 to the back of part 38. Glue helmets from parls 146. 146a, 146b, 146c, and place them where you wish. Using part 147, make the reinforcement of the gearbox. Assemble the track tensioners T1, T2 covering them with part 148. Next make the axle from parts 148a, 148b and attach the wheels 148c. Mount the assembled piece in part 149, and glue the whole unit to part40F.

Make the driying wheels from the parts 150, 150a, 150b, 150c, 150d. Set them on part 152d. Fix the wheels to part 152 by the means of the bush parts 152a, 152b. 152c, 152e, 152f, 152g, 153a1. Glue the units to the tub in the marked places and glue parts 153.153a. From parts 151,151 a, 151 b, 151cmakesupport wheels and set them on the bushes 151 d. 151g using frames 151 e. Now glue the wheels to the tub sides using part 3.

From parts 154, 155, 155a, 155b, 155c, 155d make the bogie truck unit. Mount the assembled piece on part 156, and glue parts 156c, 156c1. Now glue in the springs madę of parts 159, and complete the bogie truck with parts 156a, 156b. Now attach the bogie trucks to parts 1L, 1R.

Use parts 158, 158a to make the road wheels. Next attach reinforcement parts 157x, and stick parts 157a, 158b to the wheel. Glue the hubs 157b. 157 inside the wheel, finishing it by adding part 157c. Connect the wheels using parts 158c, 158d, and frames 154. Form parts 157d and glue them to the front part of the wheel as shown in the drawing. Fasten the wheels to the bogie truck as shown in the drawings.

Use parts 160R. 160L to make the side armour plates. Cut them and glue making approx. 1.5mm overlapping. Use parts 161, 161a. 161b, 161c, 161 d to make the side armour plates suspension piece. Now attach it to the vehicle and its mud guards as shown in the drawings.

Tracks can be madę in two ways: as chainsor as individual plates. Make chains from parts 162,162a. 162b, 162c, 162d, 162e, 162f, 162g. When the parts are ready, attach parts 164. 165. Parts 162d, 162e, 162f, 162g areadditional track plates fixed at the front of the vehicle on the front hooks. Track plates are madę from part 163, and then 164,165. Ready madę, laser-cut track are available in our stock. Parts 166, 167, 168. 169 are glued to the hatches while making them open.

Assemble lights from parts 170, 170a, 170b,170c, 170d, 170e, 170f, 170g, 170h, and glue them on the mud guards. as shown in the drawings. Glue parts 171 together and attach them to the model referring to the drawing. Now glue the lights 172, 172a to the rear part of the mud guard. Stick the błock 173 to the mud guard. To make the bucket, glue together parts 174, 174a, and 174b. Make the hoist from part 175, as shown in the drawing. Assemble all remaining parts according to the assembly drawings and the main diagram.
