TUTORIAL BY LUYEMEERA OROSENAMAR!

Make new layer. Cali It “Rain’\ Fili it with 50 % Gray (#959595).

Click Fi/ter/Noise/Add noise.

Set it to Amount 130%, Gaussian, Monochromatic.

Repeat adding Gaussian biur.

Now It’s time to add our snow/rain to a picturc! Choose the picture you like.

I’11 use one of my drawings.

Move picture below “Rain” layer and select Blending options. Set bleridiug tnode

to Linear Dodge (Add).

Notę: Want less snów? Raise the contrast!

Okay, we have snów. Now rain! It’s casy,just click Filter/Blur/Motion biur and set it to Distance: 30, Angle: whatever you like. Yay! It’s raining now!

Click Image/Adjustments/ Brightness/Contrast.

Set Contrast to max, Brightness to min.

Click Filter/Blur/Gaussian Biur. Set it to Radius: 2,0. Now Click Auto contrast and repeat contrast

See? Adding snów or rain is not that hard! You don’t need any brushes, just use the filters!
