Located on a main thoroughfare in Culver City, this structure, with its rooftop addition called a "bronco attic' by the architect, is near tothe8522 National Boulevard Building and the Goalen Group, which Erie Owen Moss restruc-tured in 1988-90, as well as the morę recent IRS Building. Ali of these are part of the so-called Hayden Tract, which Moss and developer Frederick Norton Smith have been rehabilitating for most of the past ten years.
