Starting Position: Sit correctly on bali in optimal posturę. Ralse arrns overhead in a "V" position.

Movement: Let one elbow bend and drop towards center of chest as jf arm is pulling an elastic cord. Return to start and alternate sides. Add bouncing in tempo.

Breathing: Monitor heart ratę. If winded, bounce less vigorously. Modification:

1.    Only raise one arm at a time.

2.    Touch bali or stable object with one band for balance assistance. Progression:

1.    Increase speed of arm swing, size of bounce and tempo of bounce

2.    Add light weights to wrists or hands.

Comments: Asymmetrical amt movements will add challenge to trunk stability, balance ooordination.

Movement: Many possibilities: punch alternate arms forward, punch alternate arms up, alternate punching one arm up and one arm across the chest. Add bouncing in tempo.


CAUTIOH: KEEP FEET PLANTED ON FLOOR.

Breathing: Monitor heart ratę. If winded, bounce less vigorously.

Modification: Touch object for balance assistance. Only punch one arm at a time. Progression: Add light weights to wrists or hands.
