The 55-story office tower, faceted to provide multiple water views, contains a lower-level banking floor and structured parking for 1,148 cars. Between these two solid volumes is an open-sided breezeway planted with palms. A consistent play of matte and reflective surfaces characterizes the project, along with the widespread use of pale marble flooring, simple woods, and a palette of elear colors. The 178-seat auditorium on the fourth floor is walled with laminate and back-lit lacąuer screens with roll-down blackout screens for film screenings. The acoustically responsive ceiling is of undulating rough plaster.
