It’s a great way to improve generał fitness, endurance and stamina, says personal trainer Alexandra Wilson. However, to get results you must work your heart from 70% to 80% of its fuli capacity. Try the mini-circuit opposite. “Ensure you warm up for five minutes,” says Wilson. “And keep the Circuit going for at least 20. It’s an excellent workout, especially if you’re short of time.”
