REAR SUSPENSION 16-9

♦    Inspect the spacers and dust seals for damage.

*    Inspect the bearing for excessive play and smooth movement.

BEARING REPLACEMENT

*    Remove the rear shock absorber unit from the frame. (C716-7)

•    Remove the spacers.

•    Remove the needle roller bearings (i).

♦    Remove the dust seals (2).

09921-20240: Bearing remover

• Press the bearing cage with the special tool and suitable size Socket wrench.

NOTĘ:

Position the bearing by refering to the iflustration ofpage 16-22.

09924-84521: Bearing instailer set • Install the dust seals.

NOTĘ:

When installing the dust seai, the stamped mark on the dust seat must face inside.
