ENGINE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION 5-9

* Reassemble the drive Chain clip so the slit end faces opposit the direction of rotation.

♦

Fit the projection of the carburetor to the depression of intake pipę.

♦

Install the new O-ring ®, connector rubber to the exhaust pipę.

Apply a smali quantity of engine oil the exhaust pipę.

install

After mounting the engine, inspect the following items.

♦    Transmission oil level (cy2-9)

♦    Engine coolant level (d/^2-10)

♦    Throttle cable play (CCj^2-12)

♦    Clutch leverplay (CCT’2-12)

♦    Drive Chain slack (CT/^2-16)
