PREPARAT10N AND PAINTIHG METHOD

-    Degrease.

-    Rub down Che edge around the repair with P320 paper, uaed dry.

-    Blow off - degrease.

-    Phosphating primer for bare metal.

-    Surfacing mastic or primer.

-    Rub down using a bÅ‚ock and P600 paper, dry.

-    Finlshing primer (single or two*pot).

-    Polieh the encire component.

OPAQUE		SUPERGLOSS
Polish which is only		Abrasive polish or
alightly abraslve		grey abrasive pad
		or P1200 paper used wet

-    Rub down the finish primer with P1200 paper, wet.

-    Blow off - degrease.

-    Mask off after checking the colour.

-    Place vehicle in palne booth (fittlng cover and earth braiding).

-    Degrease.

-    Blow off and wlper with a Chemical tack pad.

-    Two-pot paint (polyurc.thane).

"LOST-IN" COLOUR

-    Blend the paint or supergloss mists with: their thinners or

a blending thinner designed for this purpose

-    Stove for 30 minutee at 60°C

-    Pollsh the blended-in repair (two hours after Ä™toving) with a silicone based polish, if necessary.
