TASSEL

Cut a sgucre of card 2.5cm (!') sguore. Wind (together) a 1 mtr (40") long strand of each colour around the sguare. Thread a needle with 15cm {6") length doubled threod and pass it under the top fold of the thread. Centre the threod and tie off .

Slide card out carefully.

Wind the threod IN NEEDLE around the bundle

of threads three times then stitch into the

bcck of these threods to secure them._

TASSEL RING Stern Stitch 1 - o. 4 - i, 2 - o, 5 - i.

3 - o, 6 - i... till all holes have been entered twice. Backstitch around ring Purple thread

ATTACHING TASSEL Push needle thraugh point AA, unthread needle and thread the two ends left ot the top of the tassel - push needle through point 8B - now you eon tie the 4 threads together neatly and cut through the looped ends of the tassel.

Trim neatly.
