16-8 FRONT FORK AND STEERING
INNERTUBE
• Separate the inner tubę out of the outer tubę.
Remove the slide bushing from the inner tubę.
Remove the following parts from the inner tubę. Guide bushing ©
Seal retainer Oil seal © Stopper ring @ Dust seal ©
♦ Clamp the bottom (fiat part) of the sub-tank with a vise.
CAUTION
Do not clamp the sub-tank too tight.
♦ Loosen the compression damper unit.
