10.    Out ncck rufflc 2 inches by 26 inchcs. Hen both sides with a hcaacr. Hen ends. (Uso whitc nylon organdic)

11.    Sew s long stitch in thc center for a gathering thread.

12- Pin rufflc at center front of bodicc--with ends at center back.

13. Adjust rufflcs --lcaving an opening to go ovcr thc shoulder for a $lccvc-- sew in place, sew down center of rufflc (Lcavc acn-hołc openings bctwccn large.)
