BRAKE PAD INSPECTION

1.    Activate the brake lever.

2.    Inspect:

®Brake pad (J)

Wear indicator (2) almost contacts brake disc (^“♦•Replace brake pad as a set. Refer to "BRAKE PAD REPLACEMENT" section in the CHAPTER 6 for repiacement.

SRAKĘ SHOE 3NSPECTION

1.    Activate the brake pedał.

2.    Inspect:

®Wear indicator (J)

Indicator at wear limit linę (2)-♦ Rep lace brake shoes.

BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH ADJUSTMEWT

NOTĘ: ___________

The brake light switch is operated by movement of the brake pedał.

Proper adjustment is achieved when the brake light comes on just before the brake begins to take effect.

1. Hołd the switch body (T) with your hand so that it does not rotate and turn the adjusting nut d).

BRAKE HOSE IIMSPECTIOSM 1. Inspect:

®Brake hose 0

Crack/Damage/Fluid leakage->Replace.
