Your stitching tension varies from day to day, and it’s especially noticeable when working a solid błock of colour. Try to come to a convenient finishing point before packing up for the day. This way any tension differences will be far less noticeable.
CUT out a piece of white mount card to f it the inside of your frame. For a slightly raised effect you can secure a piece of thin wadding to your mount card using double-sided tape.
PLACE your design centrally overthe mount board and pin around the board to secure. Start pinning from the centre of each side outwards.

PLACE your stitching face down and stick double-sided tape along all four edges. Puli the excess materiał around the board and press down firmly to secure your fabric in place.

SECURE the fabric edges with masking tape and remove the pins. Position your mount and stitching in the frame. Back with another piece of mount board.
