LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is Agreement about software licensing between you (end
user) and PhysTechSoft Ltd. (software developer). If you do not
agree with all its terms please do not install this software
on your computer.

PTS-DOS 32 DEMO (Software) is copyright
(c)1991-2004 by PhysTechSoft, Ltd. All rights are reserved.

This Agreement grants you the right to use PTS-DOS 32 DEMO
(PTS-DOS 32 demonstration verion) on the following conditions:

1. This PTS-DOS 32 demonstration version is intended only for
the purpose of testing and demonstration and not for the
commercial usage.

2. The owner of software, documentation and texts included in
the software package is PhysTechSoft Ltd. in the agreement
with current legislation.

3. You have the rights:

- to use this software for your own purpose;

- to copy this software for your own purpose;

- to hand this software to somebody in unmodified form for
the non-commercial usage.

4. You are not allowed:

- to resale this software or use it for the other commercial
purposes;

- to disassemble, decompile or modify this software;

- to make a changes in software, contents of the package in
ways different to the documentation;

- distribute the software in form other then this
installation package (i.e. preinstalled on the computer).

- to change documentation and other materials;

- to make written, oral or other translation of the
documentation and other texts.

5. PhysTechSoft Ltd. in any ways has no responsibility for the
damage because of usage of this software or impossibility
of its usage.

6. In the case of violation of any terms of this Agreement
PhysTechSoft have the right to prosecute you in the agreement
with current legislation.
