Special features of the project:

The route was difficult. The cargo was divided into two parts: the first was transported from Italy to Brest, the second from Italy to Poland, where it was transshipped for further transportation to Brest Almost all land transportation was accompanied by a police car according to a strict Schedule with coordination of oncoming trafftc in problem areas.

The cargo was then shipped in fuli by raił from Brest to its destination in Uzbekistan.
