Expected cducational results: After the course students will be able to adequately assess the functioning of human body in effort conditions. They will be able to test endurance (in simple techniques) and interpret the results. They will be able to use the results for programming a training Course contents:
• characteristics and classification of intensity of dynamie and static effort
• the influence of physical effort on morphological structure of blood and its plasma, on blood volume
• acid-base balance: parameters, buffer system, acidosis, alkalosis
• influence of physical effort on acid-base balance
• influence of static and dynamie effort on parameters characterizing functions of circulation and respiratory systems
• influence of physical effort and strength and endurance training on muscles
• post-training changes
• maximum oxygen consumption
• measuring VOimax
• function tests of circulation and respiratory systems
• endurance
• measuring endurance
• anaerobic changes threshold
• immobility

Expected educational results: After the course students will understand the objectives and tasks of anthropology in the science of physical education. They will be able to discuss anthropology in the context of the biological condition of modem population and the role of physical culture in eliminating threats to the development of children and teenagers.

• introduction to the subject of anthropology
• relationships between anthropology and other Sciences
