The multiple - joints, complex functional movements contribute to producing the huge amount of power, which is connected inseparably with high intensity of performed exercises and where the muscle strength of the CF subject decides about the end results. Functional Training (TF) - this is each kind of physical activity, which contributes to achieve and make better the generał sport efficiency and physical condition. The sport efficiency is a men’s feature, which consists of certain level of training abilities and movements skills, which determinate making the specific physical movement (morę or less efficiently).
Aim - the aim of the study was the assessment the basie functional movement possibilities of the CF subjects in one of the sports club CF in Warsaw. The studies have been conducted by using the original FMS Test Kit system.
Materials and methods - 20 subjects participated in this study. As criteria were adopted the age rangę of 20-30 years old, minimum one-year training work experience, starts in competitions and no injury exclusion from participation in training over the last 6 months. The FMS Test Kit and FMS Test Protocol were used in this study. Results of each of seven tests and FMS total score were used for statistical analysis.
Results - The mean finał results of the assessment of functional movement pattems using the FMS system in the group of CF subjects amounted to 13.8 points on 21 maximum achievable.
Discussion - The way and form of carry out the CF training and the miss-interpretation of the CF training system poses certain risks. Respondents subjects obtained very Iow the average finał score - 13.8 points on 21 maximum achievable by scoring FMS. The level of basie training (movements) skills of studied subjects, which is a fundamental base of optimum training preparation the pyramid, proved to be insufficient. The
