REFERENCE LETTER

PGS has commenced operation of a multiclient 2D seismic program in Mexican Gulf of Mexico during year 2015. The company acquired modern, long - offset 2D data encompassing the Western Ridges (North and South) hydrocarbon province, offshore Mexico. This is the first commercial acquisition project in Mexico after approval of the Mexican Energy Reform.

I am pleased to present this reference letter confirming that during the period between August 2015 and December 2015 Mr. Kordian Kuc performed his duties as Senior Geophysicist onboard seismic vessel Nordic Explorer. His service related with seismic data quality control and high volume data analysis was performed within scope of the Project Plan.

The geophysical duties and products were performed in a Professional manner, which guaranteed the highest quality of geophysical data control, in compliance with global standards and with attention to following Health and Safety and environmental protection regulations. He provided robust analysis and facilitated quick response to Client requests during course of the survey.
