lO.Rains are due to Southwest monsoons. The typical monsoon season goes from 15 June till mid-September, contributing 32-35 inches of annual rains. 95% of rains occur during monsoon season July-September; the average rainfall being 35 to 38 inches. 7.2% of the annual rainfall is recorded in winter while 1.75 % in summer.

Planning of the resort complex is modelled in a way that it does not harm the existing conditions of the site by allowing water to flow between two separate yet connected blocks providing facilities to the visitors.
The model of the resort is based on contemporary and tropical landscape along with features of modern fascade designs and implementation.
The resort is equipped with cottages, restaurant, underpass aquatic bridge, boat decks, International Flora Court, Kids Piay and Flower's Rench, Swimming Pools, Family Lounges, Part Areas, Food Plazas, Stop Dam as a visual Site, Parkings, Sports and Water Adventure Areas.
Parking
The site is located in the city of Indore (Madhya Pradesh) along the road leading to the town of Khandwa, the road popularly known as Khandwa Road. Surrounded by Residential Areas from two of its major sides, the site encompasses a stream leading to a lakę, which is naturally found.
The Stop Dam is a reservoir which allow and Controls the flow and amount of water in the lakę. The dense vegetation in on the Southern Edge of the site.
Due to its proximity from the main road, the site witnesses a road on all its sides along with secondary roads to the site. These roads are constructively used as main and service entrances.
The site encompasses an existing hut that is maintained in the design as well. The existing trees are not disturbed relating to environmental concerns in landscape.
The contour difference is a maximum of Smetres wth the site being a moderately sloping one, needing cutting and filling in its implemenation.
THE CONGLOMERATE
Conglomerate refers ot the amalgamtion of various styles of architecture being poured into landscape design.
The landscape involves vegetation, usage and materials of various styles of architecture namely French, Indian, European, Mughal, Contemporary and Modern Architecture.
