On 3,d March 1931 the Congress of the United States of America enacted legislation tliat madę “The Star-Spangled Banner” the official national anthem.

He is a popular Figurę who stands for the United States in generał and for the U.S. govemment in particular.
He was officially adopted in 1961 as a U.S. national symbol. He is a tali, white-haired gentleman with cłiin whiskers, dressed in a red, white and blue costume of swallow-tailed coat, striped pants, and a hat with a band of stars.
When the Democratic Party won an election he was shown riding a donkey, and an elephant when Republicans were victorious.
