Mrs.G.Bednarski is known to me sińce 1983. At this time, our business group was setting up first in Poland (after II World War) prioate joint-uenture enterprise. It was a joint-venture company of German Corporation and Polish non stałe owned firm.

Due to good command offew languages (especially German) she was working at the beginning as an interpreter. Her many skills, dedication and experience caused that she became a key person in these negotiations. After first round of above negotiations she agreed for position the assistant to Board for International relations. Since the moment as a vice chairman of mentioned new company "Interpan" I could obserue her professional deuelopment. In the end ofeighties she left Poland and I lost the uery efficient professionalist. A few years later, in 1992 she spent few months in Poland. I have discouered, that her skills have deueloped. Due to her personal obligations in Canada I could offer her a temporary position in International School of Banking and Finance and assist me in negotiations in Frankfurt (Germany) with Yereinigung fur Banksberufsausbildung. With her professional assistance I was able complete ąuickly negotiations and start an international pilot project. The project concern the transfer of "know how" in banking. The part of the project where Mrs.G.Bednarski was especially engaged pertained to bank auditing. I must say that she was a person that accelerated the results of team work.

She always could act with great skill and diplomacy. She knows how to keep conuersation going. Mrs.Bednarski was a kind of bridge that linked a little bit different culture of business.

She is elegant in her manner and speech, skillful in debate. Reliable strong and

fair.

She always makes the most ofeuery opportunity. She had an astonished ability to get things done without being aggressioe. In negotiations she is shrewd in seeing through other people and detecting their motiues. She always played her card right. She has cool, calm and collected personality. Her tolerance helped her to get on with most of people.
