Purpose

The aim of this report is to present the findings of a survey carried out to find out consumer's expectations towards futurę services of the Juice Bar. The data included in this report was obtained from a random sample of 16 man and women, aged 19-21, who responded to a questionnaire survey on 5th March.

Consumer's favorites Juices flavors

Of the 16 respondents surveyed, 44 per cent reported that they like the most orange juice. Another 25 per cents answered that their favorite juice flavor is apple. Only 19 per cents of requested people admitted that they like the most grapefruit juice. The remaining 12 per cent of respondents said, that nonę of these is their favorite.

Preferred cup size

The great majority of 68% of respondents claims, that the best size of cup we can provide is 0,331. Also a huge part of 80% of respondents wants to see company logo on the cup.

Price

The answers for the question about price were characterized by a huge diversity. 31 per cents of respondents are ready to pay about 6PLN for the cup of good-quality fresh juice. 25 per wants to pay about 4PLN and also another 25 per cents of respondents believe that the correct price would be 3 PLN. 19 per cents of respondents wouldn't pay morę than 3PLN for the cup of juice.

Location

The expected location of the bar is quite elear. 75% of potential clients want us to provide our services in the close neighborhood of the underground stations. Only 25% said that our point should be located in the typical high frequency passage.

Other Services

Juice bar is expected to provide the wide rangę of services. A lot of responders want to have a possibility to buy in juice bar a lot of different products like: fresh fruits, salads, coffee or cakes.

Summary

According to the results of research, the Juice Bar should have an easy access to fresh fruits supplies - especially apples and oranges. Before opening the Juice Bar you should order the number of 0,331 cups with designed logo of Juice Bar. The quality of juice should be possibly high, on the other hand you shouldn't transcend the price of 4PLN for the glass of juice. The Bar should be located near underground station and should provide also other services.
