Summary

This article presents the relations existing between ergonomics and work organizalion. In view of numerous dependences between the two domains of work forming the focus is put only on selected aspects, namely the anthropometric and organizational analysis, as well as ergonomie shaping of the workspace and workers movements on the example of the Methods-Time Measurements (MTM).
