1) Introduction and overview. History, occurence, production, applications and overview of structures of tin compounds. Bibliography.
2) Akylstannanes-structures and properties, mechanisms of cleavage, tin/lithium transmetallation.
3) Allylstannanes- transmetallations, reactions with electrophiles, reactions with radicals, ene reactions, coupling reactions. Allenyl- and propargylstannanes- preparation and reactions of transmetallation. Formation of cyclopentadienyltin compounds and their properties and reactions.
4) Organotin carboxylates- preparation, structures and properties. Compounds with Sn-S bonds. Organotin sulftdes- preparation, structures and reactions. Organotin thiolates.
5) Stannacycl oal kenes-monostannacycl oal kenes, stannacycl opentadi enes, oligostannacycloalkanes- structures and properties.
6) Organotin alkoxides, phenoxides and peroxides- preparation, properties and reactions.
7) Distannanes-principal ways of forming Sn-Sn bond in distannanes and oligostannanes-structures, properties and reactions.
