Ratification of any of the Conventions adopted by the General Conference of the International Labour Organisation in the course of its first thirty-two sessions, i.e., up to and including Convention No. 98, is deemed to be

the ratification of that Convention as modified by the Finał Articles Revision Convention, 1961, in accordance with article 2 of the Iatter Convention (see United Nations, Treaty Series, voI. 423, p. 11).
