Summary
In presented paper usability of confocal laser scanning microscope LEPT OLS3100, madę by OLYMPUS, to estimation of surface stereometry of cooperated elements is analysed. Characteristic of sueh mieroseope is presented, analyse of exemplary surface struetures after tribologie tests was rnade too. Obtained front confocal laser scanning microscope pictures there were eompared with others, obtained front measurement devices which are able to record of view of tested surfaces. It seents that recorded by confocal microscop pictures are useful in sculpture surface assessment and in analyse of changes during surface layer transformation.
