The major objectlve for students Is to acquire theoretical knowledge In advanced topics In the area of mechanlcs and machinę constructlon and operatlon, as well as practlcal expertlse In the appllcatlon of thls knowledge. Graduates from this course will have a well-founded knowledge of the principles of mechanics, design and manufacturing with the aid of modern computational tools; be able to execute works aidi ng machi ne design and construction of materials, and ca rry out su pervision of their operatlon; be fluent in utilizing modern engineering Computer software and harnessing modern technologies; be able to undertake doctoral studies; be able to lead teamsand companies; have the ability to utilize the acquired knowledge at work and in daily life; have the ability and skills needed toestablish and manage smali companies, as well asbeingfamiliarwith thenecessary legislation |
Entry requirements |
Applicants should be graduates of Mechanical Engineering and related engineering courses. Entrance is granted according to the applicants ranking with regard to average marks from undergraduate studies. Whereapplicants have the same awerage mark from former studies, the diploma grade is taken into account. |
