The condition of e-government in the Lubelskie province and the need for its development
Summary
This paper presents a comparative analysis of the research results of the condition and the development needs of e-government in the Lubelskie province as compared to Poland and the EU. Five different research reports carried out with a sufficient nuraber of respondents were analysed. The analysis confirmed the hypothesis that the computerisation of offices in the Lublin region is not currently focused on the needs of citizens whose region has Iow population density and poor transport infrastructure. Potential corrective actions have been indentified in this paper.
