A. Formal reąuirements Knowledge of fundamentals of finance and investment management. B. Prereąuisites Students should have knowledge of the fundamentals of investment management and know the methods of strategie analysis. | ||
Course target: To introduce students to the current issues of investment management, with a focus on the internal and external issues confronting investment in the widest aspeets. The generał aim is to integrate knowledge and information from different disciplines when required to solve the problem in the area of investment management. The course is conducted in a seminar format base on the idea of SCL method of learning and teaching. SCL means Student Centered Learning. In SCL it is important to define the problem and fmd a solution. The role of the teacher is to be a consultant and a tutor. The role of learners is to be active, autonomous and reflective. The assessment is not only focused on the results but on the whole learning process and on the work of an individual as well as that of the group. The lecture is based on teacher introduction and case study analysis conducted by students. | ||
