Liam is currently studying Marinę Biology at Lancaster University in England, and would like to move abroad following graduation, making a career in surveying marinę mammals and conservation. Sailing is Liam's favorite sport, where he is also a sailing instructor at home. He also enjoys scuba diving and is an Open Water Diver, rock climbing and loves to push himself to his limits. Liam has also worked with children, planning activities and helping them access the outdoors, experiencing sailing, kayaking and climbing. He is a member of the Royal Yachting Association. Liam now spends the majority of his time on or under the water. As a child, Liam was petrified of the water, but because of motivation from friends and family, he conquered this fear and could not be happier knowing he will base his career around the water.

Position at CLH: Head Counselor and Outdoor Cooking Specialist
Leah is currently a student at Cornell College in Iowa, majoring in Elementary Education and minoring in Civic Engagement. She would love to do a portion of her student teaching abroad in Australia following graduation. There is no doubt that she wants to be an educator and travel the world. She is currently active with the Lunch Buddies Program at school, mentors a third grade child, and also tutors on the side. She traveled to Guatemala last year as part of an Alternative Break Program that she co-coordinates at school. An interesting fact about Leah: she was on a Billboard in Times Square!
Name: Amy Boyd
Hometown: Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia School/Occupation: Griffith University Position at CLH: Biking Director
Amy was accepted into the Biomedical Science program at Griffith University in Queensland with a Master's Degree in Neuroscience and will begin her studies later this year. Amy would like to pursue a career in research, studying mental health disorders, because she wants to actively make a difference in people's lives - especially those who are affected by mental health issues. Her hobbies include snorkeling and reading, and Amy hopes to someday be a published author. Amy currently works with children at a beach sports outfitter on Hamilton Island in Australia teaching snorkelling and paddle boarding. She will be a Head Counselor and Biking Instructor this summer at CLH. Amy has her Black Belt in Go Kan Rue Karate, and her biggest goal in life is to be a speaker at a world TED Conference.
