The fifth part of the report prosides an analysis indicating the design Solutions allowing to presene the coherence of actisities with the “Better Govemment Strategy” (Strategia Sprawne Państwo) and the 2020 National Development Strategy and the Long-term National Development Strategy - Poland 2030, in the areas conceming the efficiency and effectiveness of government.

The last part of the report is a table showing a summaty of the document. The table lists all the recommendations contained in the report conceming: the mechanisms aiming to increase efficiency in human resources and to optimize the structures of offices, as well as the improvement of mechanisms and tools of management Controls in the administration offices.
